Terms & Conditions

The terms governing use of this site and purchases from it.

1. About us

This website, laprestigio.co.uk, is operated by LA PRESTIGIO LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 15887570, with its registered office at First Floor, 83d London Road, Romford, Essex, RM7 9QD, United Kingdom. You can reach us at any time through our contact page.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it.

3. Orders & how a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. After you order we'll send an acknowledgement email, but a contract is only formed when we email to confirm your items have been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot authorise payment), we'll tell you and won't charge you, or we'll refund any sum already taken.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). LA PRESTIGIO LTD is not currently VAT-registered, so the price shown is the price you pay, with no VAT added. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the time of order. If an item is mispriced we'll contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatch.

5. Delivery

Delivery timings and costs are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and to receive a refund. How to cancel, the condition items must be in, and any exclusions are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

7. Faulty goods & your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your own misuse of the goods.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, imagery, and the La Prestigio name and marks) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
